The Charles Courtyard is the perfect outdoor setting for your next private event. With a maximum capacity of 35 guests, hold an intimate brunch, dinner, or special occasion celebration. Equipped with 2 outdoor tv’s with sound, 5 tables and 3 high top tables along with string lights and plant décor. Your guests will feel like they are on a private outdoor island. Music available upon request. Available to book Monday – Thursday or for Saturday and Sunday brunch until 1pm! Our courtyard will close for the season on October 31.

Our second floor mezzanine is perfect for a semi-private party with 10-75 guests. The area includes three large booths for seating, a section of the second floor with up to two bartenders and the perfect photo op spot with our vintage painted wall mural. Book with an open bar package to reserve this space at no additional cost.
Our table packages are perfect for a small party size of 5-15 people in an intimate setting. Select a table package from the list on our website. Includes a second-floor booth for 2-3 hours with liquor choice and assorted mixers, a bottle of champagne, and buckets of beer.
Our second floor lounge is the perfect semi-private space for a party size of 25-100 guests. Includes 1-4 private bartenders depending on your party size and two private restrooms for guests. Book with an open bar package to reserve this space at no additional cost.
Reserve our entire venue and really impress your guests. Our entire venue holds up to 350 guests with two full bars and includes 8 bartenders, DJ for your event at no additional cost (by request), and personalized menus. To reserve the entire venue, contact us directly for buyout costs.
